China sourcing for Australian business
We connect Australian businesses to vetted Chinese factories across virtually any product category, then manage the quote and the quality check.
No prices online, no guesswork. Every enquiry gets a real quote built on your spec, volume and timeline.
What we source
We're not limited to one product category. If it's manufactured in China, there's a good chance we already know a factory for it.
Sourcing something outside these categories? Ask anyway. If we can't help, we'll tell you straight.
Enquire about your productHow it works
Step one
Tell us the product, the volume, the budget range and when you need it landed. A short call fills the gaps.
Step two
We shortlist vetted factories, verify capability and certification, then come back with a landed-cost quote.
Step three
You review samples, specification and terms. Nothing goes to production until you sign off in writing.
Step four
Pre-shipment inspection, freight booking, customs paperwork and delivery to your door, tracked the whole way.
About us
Most importing problems come from distance: nobody at the factory, nobody reading the fine print, nobody checking the first batch. We close that gap. You get a sourcing partner who is accountable for what arrives on your dock, not just for making an introduction.

Every manufacturer is checked for capability, certification and track record before you ever see a quote.
Pre-shipment inspection against your drawings, with photos and reports before a container is sealed.
Commission-based and transparent. One point of contact from first enquiry to final delivery.

Case studies
Client details are withheld by agreement. These are structural examples: the problem, and how it was resolved.
Civil construction
Challenge
A regional contractor needed additional machines for a growing workload without waiting on local dealer lead times.
Outcome
Two vetted factories shortlisted, specification aligned to local compliance, machines inspected before shipment and delivered ahead of the project start.
Modular housing
Challenge
A builder wanted a repeatable panel supply line that would hold consistent tolerances across multiple orders.
Outcome
A single manufacturer selected on tolerance testing, with a documented inspection checklist applied to every subsequent batch.
Transport & logistics
Challenge
An operator was managing inconsistent tyre quality across several ad-hoc suppliers.
Outcome
Consolidated to one qualified supplier with batch sampling on arrival, reducing variance and simplifying reordering.
In their words
We had tried importing directly twice and both times the spec drifted. Having someone verify the factory before we committed changed the whole experience.
FAQ
Most Chinese manufacturers set an MOQ, and it varies widely by category: a container load for tyres, a single unit for heavy machinery. If your volume sits below a factory MOQ we look for suppliers who will accept smaller runs, or consolidate your order with others heading to the same destination.
As a general guide: quoting takes days, sampling one to three weeks, production three to eight weeks depending on complexity, and sea freight to Australia around three to five weeks. We give you a dated timeline with your quote and tell you early if anything slips.
Most goods entering Australia attract GST on the landed value, and some categories carry customs duty depending on tariff classification. Free trade arrangements between Australia and China can reduce duty where the goods qualify. We include an indicative landed cost so you are not surprised at the border. Your accountant should confirm the final treatment.
Business licence and export history checks, certification review for the relevant standards, capability assessment against your specification, and a physical visit or video walkthrough of the production floor. Factories that cannot evidence their claims do not make the shortlist.
We charge a transparent commission on the order value, agreed upfront before you commit to anything. Rates typically range from 8 to 10% on smaller orders down to 3 to 5% on larger ones. You'll always know the fee before you decide whether to proceed. There's no hidden markup.
Inspection happens before shipment, which resolves most issues at the factory where it is cheapest to fix. If a fault still gets through, we handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf and agree remedy or replacement terms as part of the original order.
Both. We can stop at the factory gate if you already have a freight forwarder, or manage the full path: booking, documentation, customs clearance and delivery to your site.
